10 She Kissed Her Brother
Some stars say eloquent speeches on receiving awards. Others are a little more outlandish. Angelina Jolie kissed her brother face-on on the lips when accepting her award in the 2000 Academy Awards, for Best Supporting Actress in Girl, Interrupted.
It was possibly a convincing response for an award for a movie like Girl, Interrupted - and its flamboyance was added to by Angelina's overzealous professions of being 'so in love' with her bewildered brother.
9 Hiring A Hitman
Perhaps the most outlandish thing Angelina ever did was try to hire a hitman to kill her. Thankfully, this didn't transpire, as adopting children and giving birth definitely gave her purpose and a reason to live.
Proof then that when one holds on just a little longer, life can take an unexpected and bright turn.
8 Funeral Director Aspirations
Every person has or should have, a Plan B when it comes to life goals. If one thing doesn't work out, there should be something that is there as a second option. For Angelina, it was a good thing that Plan A, becoming an actor turned out to be successful.
She had apparently wanted to be a funeral director (as Plan B) if acting hadn't worked out. But it did - and audiences are pleased about this. Somehow the title of Funeral Director doesn't quite suit Ang.
7 She's A Former Addict
Angelina wasn't always a humanitarian, carving the way for humans to become the best possible versions of themselves. She was once heavily addicted to heroin and cocaine. As a teenager, she tried just about every drug possible.

Miraculously, she pulled through and made her way to greener pastures, and her brood of children are possibly among the most grateful that mom Angelina overcame these addictions.
6 She Got Married In A T-Shirt
Angelina's first wedding wasn't celebrated in a traditional wedding gown. Rather, she wore a T-shirt with her first husband, Jonny Lee Miller's name written across it.
This choice of wedding attire drew a lot of criticism, especially since the name was written in blood.
5 Stunt Artist
Now that she is Mom, it's hard to imagine her doing some of the things we read about her, however, Angelina, though somewhat 'tamer' through motherhood, still loves an adventure and lives life according to her own tune.
This feisty celebrity is full of surprises and one of the wildest things she ever did was some of her character's stunts in Tomb Raider, for which she played Lara Croft. The result of her overzealous, ambitious stunt moves was a series of minor injuries on set. But it's all in a day's work, for Angelina!
4 Fanciful Pets
One of Angelina's wildest feats as a child and young woman was owning an exotic pet collection, including a lizard and some snakes. Her favorite animals, as a pre-mom, were reptiles.

One wonders whether she would allow her little ones to play with snakes or whether she has since become more domesticated, opting for the furrier, wagging-tailed varieties of pets for herself and her brood of children.
3 Strange Liaisons
From her track record, it would seem that Angelina Jolie's relationships are anything but conventional. When Angelina was married to Billy Bob Thornton, the couple allegedly wore vials of each other's blood around their necks.
This was rather extreme - and wild - even for Angelina. Sadly, the couple only stayed married for two years.
2 An Unusual Crush
Many young women have strange crushes, choosing unlikely candidates as the target of their affections. However, Angelina developed a huge crush on Dr. Spock from Star Trek, which is slightly wild and unconventional.
Still, she isn't completely way out in her selection of crushes. When she set her heart on Brad Pitt, many women silently agreed on her choice of beau.

Collecting reptiles, that is, snakes and a lizard, weren't the only strange hobbies Angelina adopted in her youth.
