Bulk Up (Japanese: ビルドアップ Build Up) is a non-damaging Fighting-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect
Bulk Up raises the user's Attack stat and Defense stat by one stage each.
If powered up by a Fightinium Z, the user's Attack stat is raised by another stage.

Bulk Up's PP has been reduced to 10, and it raises the user's offensive and defensive stats for four turns.

Pokémon Rumble Rush
In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Bulk Up could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Bulk Up could be seen as a move used by Boss Gurdurr.

Bulk Up is Machamp's second move as Machop. The user buffs themselves for 3 seconds increasing their attack by 15%. The user is unstoppable for the duration and gains a small amount of attack speed and movement speed. The user’s next basic attack is empowered. After evolving into Machoke at level 5, this move is replaced by either Dynamic Punch or Submission.
