Hanover Green Cemetery, 689 Main Rd, Wilkes-Barre, held a remembrance ceremony on Sunday to pay tribute to those who perished in Nanticoke No. 1 Slope. On Dec. 18, 1885, twenty-six men and boys lost their lives while working in the mine.
