Psychic Surge (Japanese: サイコメイカー Psycho Maker) is an Ability introduced in Generation VII. Prior to Generation VIII, it was the signature Ability of Tapu Lele. In Generation IX, it is the signature Ability of Indeedee.
Effect
In battle
When a Pokémon with Psychic Surge enters the battle, it creates the effect of the move Psychic Terrain on the battlefield.
Outside of battle
Psychic Surge has no effect outside of battle.
