Roxanne (Japanese: ツツジ Tsutsuji) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Nosepass and its evolution, Probopass. This sync pair was first made available since the game release. This pair could be raised to 
6★ EX beginning on April 25, 2023.
Roxanne in her Fall 2023 attire forms a sync pair with Runerigus. This pair can be obtained through a limited seasonal sync pair scout beginning on October 14, 2023. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX since it first released.

Nosepass → Probopass
Nosepass can evolve into Probopass once it has reached level 30 through its sync pair story Nosepass's Evolution.
Availability
Roxanne is available in the permanent sync pair scout pool, and has been since the game's release.

Roxanne's Nosepass uses Rock Sync Beam as its sync move. Upon evolution, Probopass learns the upgraded Honor Student Power Gem.

- Roxanne got her sync grid expanded and 6★ EX unlocked exactly one year apart, on April 25 of 2022 and 2023, respectively.
- During The Haunted Museum story event, it's revealed that Roxanne's Runerigus was originally mistaken for an ancient artifact and brought to be displayed at a new museum on Pasio, until it was identified as a Pokémon and formed a sync pair with Roxanne.
- Roxanne & Runerigus are the first seasonal sync pair with access to a buddy move.
- All versions of Roxanne use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon). Those Trainers include Brawly, Steven, Roark, and Lenora.
- Roxanne also uses special voice-over lines upon winning a battle with Steven or Lenora in the same team.
Origin
Roxanne's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Nosepass is Roxanne's signature Pokémon during her Gym battle against the player in the core series games and the rematches against her in Pokémon Emerald, while Probopass serves the same role during the Pokémon World Tournament in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Nosepass and Probopass's Dex entries come from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
Roxanne is not seen owning a Runerigus outside this game. Runerigus's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Shield.
