Sascha Seinfeld doesn't just enjoy writing stories and comedy sketches, she also seems to get a real kick out of penning movie reviews. Case in point: She loves contributing to Letterboxd, and in December 2021, she tweeted her excitement at having reviewed 900 films on the platform. "One step closer to never saying 'no, I haven't seen it' and never allowing arrogant male film buffs to feel better than me," she wrote, slamming, "Aw u like Tarantino? That's cute. Name 5 films in Kaufman's canon GO!!!"
One look at her profile in February 2023 proved she's still extremely active on the site, as of this writing. Her bio reads, "This is what I do instead of jogging," and indeed, just a month into 2023, she had already reviewed 12 films. Seinfeld's signature is leaving no-holds-barred feedback with plenty of humor, like when she gave "The Menu" a sharp three-word review: "I got narcolepsy." Meanwhile, a "Wedding Crashers" rewatch garnered this quip, "I'm so sorry Rachel Mcadams that you had to choose between those two mediocre options." Ouch.
And when she's not watching and critiquing films, she's also shooting her own shorts. Seinfeld's YouTube channel is limited, but it does feature a 2021 short film called "This is Sascha," which she describes as an ode to The Duplass Brothers' "This Is John," as well as a 2022 sorority rush mockumentary dubbed "Fools Rush In." You keep doing you, Miss Seinfeld!
