Thadeus "Tad" Starsiak rose to fame as Mina Starsiak Hawk's little brother on the HGTV show, "Good Bones." However, he has years of experience in ripping things apart. According to The Cinemaholic, Tad was only eight years old when he first started doing demolitions for some extra cash. Talk about finding your calling at a young age! He then continued to demo houses throughout his school career. All the while, he learned to skills to become a project manager. Later, Tad used his talents to help Mina and Karen Laine in their remodeling company, Two Chicks and a Hammer.
When Tad, who goes by the Instagram handle @the_demogod, is not obliterating houses, it seems as if he has a gentler side. In 2020, he started another venture selling "Love Heals" merchandise. He sells clothing with inspirational slogans. According to the Love Heals site, the project is "about bringing awareness" and "loving ourselves and others more fully to help us heal our past traumas." He shared more about his brand in an Instagram post. "I want to create ripples that change the world for the better and put my optimism to work," he wrote. "Merchandise won't change the world, but raising vibration is a good first step!"
Evidently, Tad believes that love changes as much as a sledgehammer can on a renovation-ready house. And that speaks volumes about him!
